Professor Dr. Sergey Sobolev is the Head of the NonequilibriumProcesses Group of the Theoretical Department of the FederaResearch Center of Problems of Chemical Physics and MedicinalChemistry, Russian Academy of Sciences. The main scientific interestsinclude the local nonequilibrium transport theory and its application toultrashort space and time scales processes.
